Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to join our team, focusing on the critical aspects of both physical and cyber security in our data centres. In this role, you will be tasked with the design, implementation, and management of security measures that protect sensitive data and mitigate risks. This position is vital in maintaining the integrity and security of our operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and safeguarding against potential threats. You will be at the forefront of security innovation, working collaboratively with IT and external vendors to enhance our security posture.

As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in the security framework of our data centres. Your responsibilities will include::
Design and implement robust security systems to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches;; Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and rectify security weaknesses;; Develop and execute comprehensive incident response plans to handle security breaches effectively;; Manage access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have physical access to sensitive areas;; Oversee security monitoring systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities promptly;; Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST;; Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance overall security measures;; Maintain detailed documentation of security protocols and incidents for auditing and compliance purposes
