Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations who will play a pivotal role in our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring our operations leaders while closely collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team. This position involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations across the organization and our dental practices. The successful candidate will optimize operations, identify cost-effective solutions, and implement systems that meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments to achieve our organizational goals.

The Vice President of Operations will be tasked with numerous responsibilities that drive the success of the organization.:
Collaborate with the executive leadership to set and achieve company goals while providing operational expertise.;; Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction for operations.;; Oversee the operational activities within the company and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.;; Develop and mentor operational leaders to enhance their capabilities and performance.;; Ensure that operations team leaders receive adequate training and resources.;; Maintain easy electronic access for operational leaders to revenue cycle metrics.;; Identify and recommend cost-effective processes and technologies to streamline operations.;; Ensure that departmental decisions align with the overall business plan and vision.;; Communicate operations-related policies and standards effectively across the organization.;; Review and approve cost-control reports and staffing requirements for various projects.;; Work with finance to establish and manage operational and facilities budgets.;; Present performance reports and metrics to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.;; Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
