Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Project Management to lead and optimize our project management initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing high-level decision-making meetings for executive management. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of insightful dashboards and comprehensive reports that drive informed decision-making processes. You will also administer and configure our project management software, ensuring continuous improvement and seamless adaptation to our business processes. As a mentor, you will support and train department heads and project managers in resource management, project planning, and project execution, ultimately maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects. You will collaborate closely with product managers, providing support across all project-related tasks while also leading your own projects from conception to successful implementation, including business case development, resource allocation, and scheduling.
