Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements and industry best practices, enabling them to assist in the design of optimal solutions that effectively support our business processes. You will be responsible for building and nurturing trusting relationships with key project stakeholders, guiding them towards the most effective solutions. Your role will include ensuring that our proposed solutions are feasible and practical, while minimizing implementation efforts and fully addressing our business needs. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met, which is vital for the overall success of our projects. Your responsibilities will also encompass defining and documenting business requirements, collaborating closely with the technical team during custom development, and driving the development and execution of test plans. As an integral member of the scrum team, you will lead the creation of detailed user stories throughout the software development lifecycle, which includes requirements design, defining success criteria, and overseeing quality assurance.
