Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing a robust operational quality system for our production group. Your expertise will help identify systematic issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve our processes. You will also be responsible for customer-focused handling and communication regarding complaints, as well as supporting supplier-related issues. Maintaining quality standards while considering legal, operational, and other relevant frameworks will be a key part of your role, ensuring proactive communication with colleagues and management. You will lead and support continuous improvement projects aimed at ensuring and enhancing both process and product quality, employing methodologies like Lean Production and Best Practice Sharing. Additionally, you will execute necessary testing requirements throughout the product lifecycle and may initiate reviews of testing plans based on relevant findings. Planning and conducting internal process audits, alongside assisting in external certification audits, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will perform capability studies and generate quality reports to reflect your findings.
