In this strategic position, you will oversee all post-sales activities, ensuring customer adoption, retention, and growth within our key accounts. You will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, driving the adoption of our cutting-edge security solutions, and addressing any potential roadblocks that may arise during subscription renewals. Your insights will shape customer experiences as you conduct system health checks and develop tailored strategies that meet their unique needs and desired outcomes. As the voice of the customer, your feedback will be invaluable to our Product team, allowing us to prioritize enhancements that align with customer expectations.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your core responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption.:

    Manage all post-sales activities including onboarding and customer retention;; Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders;; Drive customer adoption of products and identify potential renewal roadblocks;; Conduct system health checks to maximize customer value;; Create and implement strategic roadmaps for each customer;; Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence
