Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for analyzing data and generating valuable business and customer insights that will aid in the management of vehicle-related assistance and key services. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing data integrity and managing reporting tools effectively. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and interfaces related to data analysis, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Your enjoyment in designing and developing BI applications for data visualization and interactive dashboards will contribute significantly to the efficient management of the aforementioned services. Additionally, you will face the exciting challenge of developing and producing periodic evaluations to steer vehicle-related assistance and key services within our BI systems, as well as writing SQL queries to extract relevant data. You will remain composed while conducting ad-hoc evaluations and will be responsible for ensuring analyses for new products and services, while providing BI-related consultation for service management. Your role will also involve supporting the optimization and enhancement of operational processes through descriptive and exploratory analytical methods. You will conceptualize and advance reporting tools and the databases that support them while ensuring quality control throughout your duties, which will include the selection, preparation, modification, and quality assurance of all relevant data.
