Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our newly formed team in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions across various departments including executive leadership, accounting, finance, operations, IT, and marketing. As a Data Analyst, you will provide insightful reporting, develop analytical tools, and conduct ad-hoc analyses that support our distribution business strategy. You will work closely with our label partners to deliver high-value analyses that identify commercial strategies and opportunities, ensuring that your recommendations are actionable and impactful. Additionally, you will collaborate with BI tool developers to create intuitive dashboards that convey clear insights for business users. Your role will also involve liaising with the data science and analytics team to leverage advanced modeling techniques and enhance our workflows.
