Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented Agile Scrum Master to lead and facilitate our Scrum teams within the financial sector.     Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives;; Help teams identify and resolve impediments quickly to maintain workflow;; Coach teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement;; Manage dependencies and facilitate communication within and across teams;; Work with Product Owners to ensure a healthy backlog and clear definitions of Done
