Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees and customers, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will assess the technical knowledge of users to tailor your support accordingly, manage challenging situations with difficult callers, and apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your up-to-date technical knowledge of the software and hardware in use will be crucial in providing high-quality assistance. You will maintain accurate records of support interactions and ensure a high standard of customer care throughout all communications.

As an IT Helpdesk professional, you will undertake various responsibilities that encompass technical support, project management, and administrative duties.:
Assess and respond to user inquiries regarding IT issues.;; Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.;; Manage IT projects including office expansions and new solution implementations.;; Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics.;; Maintain and review IT contracts and budgets.;; Serve as an internal auditor for ISO certifications.

Project management experience in office expansions and IT solution implementations
