We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Product Owner to elevate the user experience of our website and app. With over 1,600 stores globally, and approximately 230 in the Benelux region, we are one of the largest retailers in nutritional supplements, natural care, and healthy foods. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, focusing specifically on enhancing the core shopping experience. This includes key features such as search functionalities, product detail pages, merchandising, promotional mechanisms, product information management systems, and content management systems. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, acting as a vital link between the Benelux Digital team and the UK Product & Development team. Your role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to deliver a premium customer experience, defining and prioritizing platform optimizations that will maximize business value. As a Product Owner, you will oversee the ongoing enhancement and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with business goals.:

    Translate customer and business needs into actionable optimizations for the website and app.;; Manage the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are prioritized effectively to deliver maximum business value.;; Develop a quarterly product roadmap in collaboration with the Product Lead to align with company objectives.;; Identify and engage stakeholders, documenting their needs and keeping them informed about project timelines and progress.;; Ensure the business leverages e-commerce tools and systems effectively, including promotional tools, product information management, and content management systems.;; Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Product Team.;; Utilize customer data to identify optimization opportunities and inform prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in stakeholder and project management.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
  • Operational experience with content management systems and product information management systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of user experience and interface design.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
