As a Machine/Deep Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customer support issues and enhancing product performance through your technical expertise.:

Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues with product software and hardware;; Manage technical support inquiries from customers effectively;; Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future product development;; Collaborate with partners to develop integrated solutions for customers;; Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance customer understanding

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning

• Knowledge of Edge AI fundamentals including Quantization and Pruning
• Understanding of embedded processor systems and architectures
