As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for various key tasks that contribute to product success and user satisfaction.:

Develop long-term product vision and strategy for passenger support and incident management on mobile and web applications;; Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and set objectives for product development;; Collaborate with design and development teams on new features and continuous improvement of existing functionalities;; Define pricing strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and profitability;; Structure product functionalities and organize internal and external communication regarding product descriptions;; Monitor market trends and integrate customer feedback to optimize product offerings;; Support project leaders and sales teams with product presentations, showcasing benefits and features
