Job Description:
Are you a seasoned travel industry professional with in-depth knowledge of airfares and flight pricing? We are seeking an Aviation Pricing Executive who possesses comprehensive experience in managing flight-related matters. In this role, you will utilize your expertise with GDS systems, such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus, to provide accurate and cost-effective pricing for travel packages. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Sales, and Concierge teams to address all flight-related inquiries. This position offers the flexibility of being office-based or hybrid, conveniently located near Swindon, and comes with an attractive salary package of up to 30,000 along with excellent company benefits.

As an Aviation Executive, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate pricing for all flight packages, collaborating with various departments to optimize flight offerings, and establishing strong relationships with airline partners.:
Regularly update all products with the latest flight pricing in accordance with operational guidelines;; Assist in product building to deliver competitive flight options within system range and provide accurate estimates for flights outside of the range;; Conduct regular product sweeps to validate pricing and ensure the functionality of flight elements within packages;; Support the Product strategy by identifying and aligning with preferred airline partners to promote global growth;; Facilitate Concierge services by creating flight manifests, sourcing optimal flight options, and managing flight bookings;; Engage with airlines to request group seat reservations;; Foster internal relationships with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to achieve shared objectives
