Job Description:

Join us in our mission at Doctolib! We are looking for an experienced Sales Data Analyst who will provide essential support to our Sales Teams by deriving valuable insights from our sales data. As a member of the Sales Excellence Team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and performance of our sales teams, directly contributing to the success of our business operations in Germany. In this role, you will identify areas for improvement based on our data foundation and develop actionable strategies to enhance the performance of our Sales Team. You will create comprehensive analyses for management and support decision-making processes with solid data foundations. Your work will simplify access to relevant sales data through the use of dashboards and self-service tools, empowering our Sales Managers to utilize the prepared data effectively. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for our global Data Team to discuss the data roadmap and requests for dashboards and ad-hoc data inquiries. You will receive extensive training in our BI and reporting tools such as Periscope Data and Tableau.

IT Languages:

Your primary tasks will include the identification of improvement potentials and the derivation of measures to enhance sales performance. You will also be responsible for training users on how to utilize data for improving various sales processes.:

Identify areas for improvement based on sales data.;; Develop measures to improve sales team performance.;; Create analyses for management to support decision making.;; Simplify access to sales data via dashboards and self-service tools.;; Train sales managers on utilizing prepared data.;; Collaborate with the global data team on the data roadmap.
