Job Description:
We are in search of an accomplished Senior Sales Leader to spearhead the launch and expansion of a Healthcare IT Advisory practice. This role requires the individual to possess deep subject matter expertise within the Healthcare IT domain, effectively engaging with C-suite executives across substantial healthcare organizations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating and closing large, complex, fixed-bid projects that address the multifaceted needs of clients. You will be tasked with building and nurturing robust relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions and insurance companies, ensuring the successful closure of multi-million dollar contracts. Leveraging your consulting experience, you will bring strategic insights and industry best practices to the table. Furthermore, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a team of sales professionals, guiding them to not only meet but exceed revenue objectives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in scoping fixed-bid work in Healthcare IT
Established network of healthcare clients at the C-suite level, including hospital consortiums and insurance providers
Success in closing complex, multi-million dollar deals in the healthcare sector
Experience in a Big 4 or consulting firm with a focus on leading sales teams in Healthcare IT
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

Join us in our mission to revolutionize healthcare. In this role, you will be a strategic IT partner for both external clients and internal teams, such as Key Account Sales. You will oversee integration projects from start to finish, coordinating interdisciplinary teams. Your expertise in healthcare or SaaS will be invaluable as you advise clients on SaaS opportunities and process innovations within the digital healthcare sector, guiding them towards effective change management goals. You will lead the entire IT project implementation process in hospitals across Germany, from pre-sales to the go-live phase. You will also establish and manage technical collaborations and integration projects with external partners. Additionally, you will deepen your technical knowledge about interoperability with hospital information systems, physician information systems, and radiology information systems, while defining interoperability strategies alongside the Key Account Sales team and implementing them in collaboration with product development teams. You will represent our organization in working groups focused on interoperability, both internally and externally.
