Join our team as a DevOps Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud operations. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks encompassing everything from scripting to strategic implementation. You will collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, system architects, and other key stakeholders to meet development objectives across our platform. Your expertise will be crucial in automating all aspects related to configuration, monitoring, and deployment of our cloud applications. You will manage operations for our Azure IaaS and PaaS production and development systems, providing valuable support to developers and global IT functions. Additionally, you will have opportunities to share best practices and experiences with enterprise architects across the Wolters Kluwer group, enhancing our collective knowledge and operational efficiency.

As a key member of the DevOps team, you will be tasked with ensuring the seamless operation and automation of our cloud infrastructure.:

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in hybrid IaaS/PaaS environments
• Strong knowledge of provisioning and operational management principles like ITIL and Infrastructure as Code
• A passion for automation throughout the software lifecycle
• Proficiency in PowerShell or bash, Linux-based operating systems, networking, security, and protocols
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform/Terragrunt along with Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Familiarity with high availability and disaster recovery strategies for Azure-based services
• Experience hosting PostgreSQL is a plus
