Develop and refine long-term scientific roadmaps to address complex challenges in the field of Information Retrieval;; Collaborate with teams to invent and implement novel machine learning algorithms and systems;; Optimize the performance of foundational models through various inference optimization techniques;; Conduct research and development to explore new methodologies and technologies in NLP and IR;; Publish findings in top-tier journals and conferences to contribute to the scientific community
