As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be tasked with enhancing our software development processes through automation and security integration.:
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software release process;; Utilize tools to automate repeated tasks and improve the software development lifecycle;; Deploy pipelines on cloud services, ensuring communication with code repositories;; Integrate version control tools to automatically trigger processes upon code branch updates;; Troubleshoot and resolve build issues for high pipeline reliability;; Incorporate security testing frameworks into build pipelines;; Educate development teams about security best practices and secure coding;; Raise awareness of common security threats and mitigation strategies;; Implement monitoring tools to detect and respond to security threats;; Continuously scan for vulnerabilities in code and third-party libraries;; Integrate automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality;; Identify and track metrics to measure CI/CD pipeline performance;; Research and design solutions to enhance the CI/CD process;; Foster an inclusive environment that supports continuous learning and teamwork;; Promote Agile methodologies to manage project milestones effectively;; Travel may be required up to 20% of the time
