Job Description:

As a vital member of our IT security team, you will engage in a diverse array of responsibilities encompassing IT and information security. Your expertise will contribute to our comprehensive solutions, which include Managed Security, Unified Threat Management, Mobile Device Security, Secure Networks, and Secure Endpoints. After you complete an initial training phase, you will be entrusted with overseeing the IT security and network solutions for our esteemed clients. This role entails both hands-on project work directly with clients and providing internal support to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and may receive additional responsibilities as you grow within our organization.

Your primary duties will involve ensuring robust IT security measures and effective network solutions for our clients.:

Implementing perimeter security protocols, Managing secure gateways including web and mail filtering, Deploying antivirus solutions, Overseeing cloud security measures, Ensuring the security of wireless networks, Managing switched and routed networks, Implementing network access control (NAC)

Spoken Languages:

• English, German

Skillset:

• Experience with Sophos
• Kaspersky
• Fortinet
• Barracuda Networks products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Information Technology
• or a related field
• Vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration
