In this role, you will be at the forefront of our security incident management operations, analyzing security incidents at both the second and third levels. You will conduct thorough incident analyses and provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their security needs are met with expertise. Additionally, you will play a vital role in educating all levels of the organization on security matters and effectively communicating with clients about security-related issues. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to security engineering efforts by creating comprehensive documentation, playbooks, and guidelines to enhance our security monitoring capabilities. As part of your role, you will be required to participate in on-call duties to address any urgent security concerns.
