Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Cannabis Operations to lead the operational and marketing strategies of a vertically integrated cannabis organization located in the Greater Sacramento area. This pivotal role entails managing the comprehensive daily operations, encompassing procurement and distribution, manufacturing, human resources, sales and marketing, as well as retail operations across multiple stores. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, refine, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory compliance measures, and training programs vital for the success of all business facets. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry to define key performance indicators (KPIs), set strategic departmental objectives, analyze financial and operational data, and streamline workflows to bolster profitability. As a key member of the leadership team, you will actively collaborate in developing and executing strategies that drive organizational growth.
