Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and lead our agile teams in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding multiple scrum teams through the entire scrum process, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. You will play a critical role in promoting collaboration, prioritization, and team commitment during each sprint. Utilizing empirical data, you will evaluate the scrum maturity of the teams and work to optimize their velocity in alignment with organizational key performance indicators. You will identify improvement opportunities to enhance team performance and proactively address any systemic impediments that may hinder agility. Additionally, you will coach the scrum teams in delivering capabilities using agile methodologies while ensuring compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle and various release processes. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, you will ensure continuous refinement of the backlog and effectively communicate the delivery of work products. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the agile process and ensure successful execution of scrum ceremonies.:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies;; Coach and mentor scrum teams in Agile practices and methodologies;; Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog;; Identify and resolve impedance to team progress;; Collect and analyze metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement;; Conduct Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependencies across teams;; Ensure compliance with quality standards and security requirements in all deliverables

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a practicing scrum master
Experience in the Financial Services Industry within mid to large-sized organizations
8+ years of business experience in a matrixed management environment such as product development or project management
Accredited Scrum Master Certification
Accredited SAFe and/or LeSS Certification
In-depth knowledge of SecDevOps and DevOps practices
Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile-based requirements management tools
