Analyze alerts, events, and logs from security systems and correlate incidents using SIEM tools such as QRadar and ArcSight;; Manage and respond to security alarms and suspicious activities through a SOAR solution;; Support vulnerability management and automate security processes to enhance operational efficiency;; Conduct investigations into security incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of current systems

We are seeking a skilled IT Security Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dortmund. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing potential IT security vulnerabilities within the organization and will play a crucial part in the administration and enhancement of existing and future IT security tools. Your expertise will be vital in continuously monitoring information security risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will also create and update Incident Response Management Playbooks along with associated guidelines and security measures. You will provide consultations to internal stakeholders across various departments and support system hardening initiatives from their inception. Additionally, you will conduct security audits and contribute to the promotion of IT security awareness within the organization. This role will also involve active participation in daily IT security operations and collaborating on the optimization of systems and processes. Your project management skills will be essential as you contribute to various IT security projects.
