We are seeking a talented Azure DevOps Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our service delivery and operational efficiency by leveraging your expertise in Azure DevOps and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT automation processes that improve service delivery and reduce manual tasks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help identify and resolve issues while developing automation solutions that streamline our IT operations. Your role will include configuring and supporting production applications and infrastructure, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in monitoring and optimizing our systems to enhance performance and reliability. As an integral member of our IT Operations team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing our operational capabilities and automating processes.:

Design and implement IT automation solutions focusing on service delivery;; Enhance monitoring and alerting for applications and business processes;; Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment;; Develop tools to monitor cloud applications and services, including system health indicators;; Collaborate with development teams to engineer scalable and resilient cloud solutions;; Oversee the deployment and automation of various services on Azure and private clouds;; Act as a gatekeeper for production changes and deployments;; Provide support for production infrastructure and participate in on-call support
