Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead one of our ABA therapy clinics in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational and financial management of the clinic, ensuring exceptional service delivery to families affected by autism. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, implement healthcare regulations, and hold accountability for the center's performance. You will work closely with a dedicated team to recruit and retain top clinical talent, manage service schedules, and monitor clinical quality metrics. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving strategic growth and fostering strong relationships with referral sources through community outreach initiatives.
