Furthermore, you will participate in the migration of applications and infrastructure from one data center to another, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions. Your role will also involve establishing robust monitoring solutions to track system performance and health, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed promptly. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will act as a liaison between client support and development teams, ensuring effective issue resolution and maintaining high service standards.
