As an Application Manager, your responsibilities will include a variety of critical tasks aimed at ensuring the application’s stability and performance.:

Provide level 2 support to users, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.;; Anticipate and resolve incidents and requests from the customer service team, forwarding complex issues to the software development team as needed.;; Analyze and swiftly resolve production incidents to maintain seamless operations and enhance the customer journey.;; Implement changes and adjustments to the platform to further develop its capabilities.;; Collaborate with the development department on complex issues, providing detailed instructions for necessary changes.;; Facilitate integration with the app platform to enhance functionality.;; Work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and optimize overall application performance.
