Job Description:

    PE Global is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist for a pivotal role within a pharmaceutical client based in Dublin. This position is an initial 12-month contract that offers a hybrid work model. As an integral member of the Process Data Analytics Capabilities & Insight team, you will contribute significantly to the digital transformation of process data within Operations. You will collaborate with various teams, including Manufacturing Systems and IT, to improve process understanding and facilitate proactive, data-driven decision-making. The DACI team is recognized as a center of excellence in process and product data analysis, supporting process improvements and regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Drug Substance and Drug Product manufacturing along with a strong passion for data analytics. Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Discoverant and SIMCA is highly desirable.

As a Data Specialist, you will manage various responsibilities crucial for supporting data analytics initiatives and enhancing the data culture within the organization.:

    Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and IT to create and maintain enterprise data assets and models;; Translate the requirements of Process SMEs into actionable directives for Data Architect/Developers;; Lead the development of business processes for software and data management;; Oversee the Change Control process for new data hierarchies and models;; Assist the DACI team with detailed data analysis and statistical assessments;; Support the introduction of new technologies to improve data analytics capabilities;; Deliver training sessions and workshops to promote a data-driven culture

  • Hands-on experience with Data Analytics Software like Discoverant and SIMCA
  • Proficiency with statistical tools such as JMP and Minitab
