As a Program Controls Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of project management and control, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.:

Maintain and manage project cost and scheduling tools to accurately track and forecast project activities.;; Collaborate with project management and construction teams to define measurement and scheduling criteria.;; Assist in creating and updating project schedules and deliverable tracking, including project S curves.;; Work closely with Project Managers to formulate precise cost estimates for change orders and maintain associated logs.;; Conduct risk analyses concerning project costs to develop contingency budgets and assessments.;; Oversee the receivables and payables associated with assigned projects.
