    Identify and engage potential candidates using multiple sourcing strategies;; Plan and execute screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates effectively;; Collaborate with hiring managers to determine specific recruiting needs and strategies;; Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with our brand values and position requirements;; Design and implement long-term recruitment strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline;; Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
