You will oversee a global team of over 2,000 individuals, focusing on multi-jurisdictional accounting, daily share class net asset value calculations, and maintaining client books in accordance with established accounting standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, collaboration across departments, and a strong focus on achieving shared success. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and service level agreements while driving continuous improvements in quality and productivity.

As the EMEA Head of Fund Accounting, you will be responsible for ensuring that accounting activities are performed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, meeting all client expectations and compliance requirements.:

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations across all accounting platforms;; Document and adhere to operating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;; Develop key performance metrics to track service delivery quality and operational efficiency;; Identify opportunities for transformation and capacity creation within the accounting team;; Manage financial performance, including forecasts, headcount, and expenses, to achieve efficiency targets;; Engage with clients during meetings and due diligence reviews to represent fund accounting effectively;; Collaborate with global stakeholders to share best practices and optimize operating models;; Plan for business continuity and develop a resilient operating model
