Job Description:

    We are looking for a motivated and skilled Security Manager to take charge of security operations at our manufacturing facility in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security policies and strategies that align with both business and customer requirements. You will oversee campus-wide security initiatives, ensuring that all security resources are effectively managed and that all security management programs comply with regulatory standards. This position requires collaboration with various departments, including risk assessment teams, management, and local authorities, to identify potential security threats and devise effective responses. You will also manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and facial recognition technology, while leading a team of security personnel to foster a culture of safety and vigilance across the campus.

The Security Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the safety and security of the campus and its personnel.:

    Develop and implement security policies and procedures;; Conduct regular security audits and inspections;; Oversee the maintenance and operation of security systems;; Coordinate with local authorities during investigations;; Provide weekly presentations on security incidents and performance metrics;; Act as Emergency Coordinator for the security team;; Prepare for bi-annual customer security audits
