Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Health and Life Science executive search division. This pivotal role involves driving the expansion of our North American search business. You will be responsible for spearheading business development initiatives, which includes the thorough research of potential sales leads and fostering lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise will guide the management of client accounts, encompassing all aspects from external communications with both current and prospective clients to crafting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ultimately generating new revenue streams for the company. As a prominent member of the leadership team, your contributions will be vital to shaping our growth strategy and enhancing our market presence.

In this executive role, you will lead our executive search practice in North America while collaborating closely with company leadership to define and implement growth strategies. You will be tasked with researching key contacts within target organizations and ensuring our CRM is regularly updated with relevant sales activities. Your responsibilities will also include the development of compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients, along with frequent travel to engage prospects face-to-face.:
