Job Description:

    As a crucial Sales Leader, you will spearhead the development and management of a dedicated team of Account Executives. Your role will involve not only participating but also leading client and prospect meetings, working hand-in-hand with various internal partners and corporate resources as necessary. A significant part of your responsibility will be to mentor and develop your sales team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new members on effective sales processes. Reporting on sales activities and providing accurate forecasts to senior sales management will also be a key expectation in this role.
