We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our thriving organization. This role is pivotal as you will oversee a dedicated team of 10 to 15 Sales Executives, driving their performance while contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales leader who not only leads by example but also plays a significant role in shaping and developing our outbound sales team. You will be responsible for planning future recruitment needs and ensuring the team is motivated and performing at their best. Your extensive experience in B2B cold calling sales environments will be crucial as you guide your team through the challenges of prospecting and developing new business across various channels. In this hands-on position, you will conduct regular performance reviews, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement effective training programs to ensure high performance and staff retention.
