Job Description:
As an Information Security Analyst, you will serve as an expert and primary point of contact for all aspects related to IT security concerning the services provided by XBP and its clients. You will assist in the implementation of technical controls and ensure compliance with relevant information security policies. Your role will involve being the escalation point for IT security issues while maintaining effective communication and coordination regarding security requirements and decisions. You will be responsible for the introduction of central security solutions and the upkeep of technical security documentation, ensuring adherence to security controls. Additionally, you will lead independent reviews of IT security controls, prioritize identified issues, and assess the quality of remediation efforts while considering the optimal cost-risk ratio. Collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential to ensure a shared understanding of IT security risks and their implications for both XBP and its clients. You will also monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and advise management on potential impacts. Your support will be crucial throughout the development lifecycle to guarantee the implementation and adherence to information security controls.

We are seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst specialized in Governance, Risk, and Compliance Solutions to enhance our global cybersecurity governance and control capabilities. The primary focus of this role will involve the development and implementation of comprehensive policies, standards, and processes that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
