As an intern, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our service portfolio management and digital transformation initiatives.:

    Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and recommend improvements in service offerings;; Perform detailed data analysis and process mining to optimize our service portfolio;; Assist in the development and implementation of Portfolio Intelligence for stakeholder insights;; Engage with the global Service Portfolio Management Network and provide consulting support;; Contribute to management reporting and solution design related to service management
