Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for executing and documenting tests, including functional, load, system, and penetration tests, to verify product quality. Additionally, you will serve as a technical point of contact for third-level software support inquiries across various channels. Your role will also involve assisting with the configuration and implementation of software products, performing error analysis, and developing solutions in collaboration with software developers. You will be tasked with creating comprehensive reports on support activities and quality metrics, as well as training and onboarding new team members to ensure a high standard of service and product delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful deployment of our software tools at client sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure optimal customer satisfaction while delivering each software implementation project within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. Our projects, which target large international technical companies, demand a meticulous approach due to their inherent complexity. In addition to implementing our project cost management software, you will focus on enhancing user acceptance and adoption, guiding clients through the change process, assisting with scheduling, monitoring budgets, and managing both internal and external stakeholders and resources. You will work closely with clients to design the ideal configuration of our software, making your structured approach and ability to navigate between the big picture and the finer details essential as you develop tailored solutions. With your extensive experience in managing software implementations, you will anticipate challenges faced by the project team, which consists of implementation consultants, software developers, and data teams. You will take a solution-oriented approach, supporting and guiding the team through obstacles.
