Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team within the financial sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing product value and ensuring the alignment of project outcomes with business objectives. You will define the product vision and roadmap, prioritize user stories in the backlog, and effectively communicate these elements to both stakeholders and the development team. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be crucial in understanding their needs, as well as working closely with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile framework. You will ensure that the product roadmap aligns with our strategic goals while actively refining user stories and overseeing their readiness for upcoming sprints. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication, making on-the-spot decisions regarding scope and requirements as necessary.
