Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a senior living community located in Oxford, Mississippi. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the community operates within established policies and aligns with our organizational mission. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, supervising department heads, and fostering a culture of engagement and satisfaction among residents, their families, and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to create a supportive and thriving environment for seniors.

The Executive Director will manage all aspects of the community’s operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and resident satisfaction.:

    Develop and enforce policies for community associates;; Prepare required reports and maintain financial records;; Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and employment processes;; Manage financial transactions and ensure adherence to budget guidelines;; Maintain confidentiality of resident and associate records;; Foster relationships with community agencies and stakeholders;; Attend to resident needs and address complaints or disputes;; Evaluate resident satisfaction and implement improvement programs;; Assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
