Job Description:

As the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional strategy and executing business plans across all lines of business. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a track record of driving growth and building relationships in a competitive market. You will be accountable for the regional P&L and will work closely with executives to align with corporate objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of sales and technical professionals to foster growth in key verticals while ensuring effective customer engagement and addressing local demands. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends and opportunities while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of sales activities within your designated region. Your role is critical in optimizing the value stream of combined hardware and software solutions to meet customer needs.:
Develop and implement the regional business strategy to achieve P&L expectations;; Manage sales SG&A and drive initiatives for growth;; Facilitate conflict mediation between direct and indirect sales channels;; Coordinate with other sales leaders to ensure seamless execution of strategies across market sectors;; Lead and mentor a team of regional account managers and technical consultants;; Analyze market data to provide insights on inventory and sales forecasts;; Enhance brand awareness for the company’s products within the region;; Drive sales of Rittal Automation Systems and foster partnerships with EPLAN software solutions
