Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join our team, specializing in the development of cutting-edge infotainment systems for the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough manual and automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our software products. You will document the test results meticulously and generate comprehensive test reports that reflect your findings. Your keen analytical skills will be essential in understanding requirements and creating, reviewing, and refining test cases and test plans. Additionally, you will monitor adherence to quality standards within the software development process, while analyzing metrics that contribute to our software's overall quality. Collaborating closely with both your testing team and the development team will be key to identifying, documenting, and rectifying any potential issues.

As a QA/Test Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will actively engage in refining Epics and User Stories, defining testability criteria within agile processes such as Scrum or Kanban. Your expertise in test automation will be essential as you design, implement, and execute automated tests using current frameworks like Selenium and for API testing, contributing significantly to our Continuous Integration and Delivery processes. You will take charge of managing efficient and flexible testing processes, including creating and maintaining test plans while monitoring test progress. Your regular feedback on testing outcomes will be vital in guiding the team and stakeholders, interpreting test results, and ensuring adequate test coverage. Additionally, you will provide coaching to team members, fostering continuous improvement in testing skills and processes, and developing test frameworks for specialized integrations and applications.
