Job Description:

    Join a dynamic team focused on enhancing the quality of our TV streaming application at Netflix. We are searching for a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer in Test who is committed to excellence in quality assurance. In this role, you will be an integral part of the TV Release Quality team, dedicated to both pre-release and post-release testing processes. You will take the lead in innovating our test automation framework, metrics, observability, and alerting systems to ensure that our application performs at its best. Collaborating with a diverse group of engineers and stakeholders, you will help define a strategic vision for quality and automation in the TV domain. Your contributions will significantly impact how we understand and communicate the quality of our products to our users around the globe.

As a key member of our TV Release Quality team, your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the quality of our TV streaming application, fostering collaboration across teams, and developing strong relationships with engineers and leaders.:

    Improve observability, alerting, and dashboarding for quality metrics;; Strengthen foundations of test automation and quality signals;; Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate business requirements;; Create interesting test scenarios and apply proven tools and frameworks;; Utilize large data sets to extract insights and drive decisions
