Job Description:
As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring that our offerings align with both stakeholder needs and overarching business objectives. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Product Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and various stakeholders to facilitate product development and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include leading transformation initiatives, gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting scrum meetings, and ensuring thorough product testing. Your expertise with content management systems, orchestration tools, and marketing technologies will be instrumental in advancing our digital transformation strategies. This role operates in a dynamic and agile environment that requires a solid understanding of Marketing Technology solutions and substantial experience in managing enterprise-level portfolios and programs across multi-channel marketing initiatives, targeting large first-party audiences utilizing both lean and waterfall methodologies.

Lead complex workstreams within the 1:1 Fan Engagement MarTech initiative;; Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements;; Develop and maintain detailed epics and user stories that align with product strategy using agile practices;; Manage the product backlog and release planning;; Oversee project scope, scheduling, dependencies, and stakeholder communication;; Assist in coordinating product launches and developing go-to-market strategies;; Create user journey maps to enhance the customer experience;; Ensure the product development team remains aligned with project goals
