Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Manager / Scrum Master to become a vital part of our innovative IT team. In this exciting dual role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies while managing project timelines and deliverables throughout all phases of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You will utilize Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall methodologies, adapting your approach as necessary to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate flourishes in a team-oriented environment, possesses a solid foundation in technology-oriented projects, and excels in leadership and communication skills. You will mentor teams in balancing multiple objectives and deadlines while maintaining a focus on broader organizational aims. This position entails close collaboration across various departments to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of projects with differing scopes, risks, and complexities.

As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, your key responsibilities will include overseeing software delivery projects through all stages of the SDLC and leveraging your project management expertise to align processes with appropriate frameworks. You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and alignment with all stakeholders, coaching teams on Agile practices, and developing strategies that enhance project delivery.:
Guide teams to achieve project goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.;; Manage resource allocation to ensure project teams have the necessary skills and tools.;; Proactively identify and mitigate risks to improve project outcomes.;; Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.;; Coordinate dependencies and remove blockers to enhance team delivery efficiency.;; Assist in project intake and governance activities, including ROI calculations.
