We are in search of a highly driven and talented Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and engaging in data collection and analysis from various sources. You will dive deep into complex datasets to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and communicate your findings to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your expertise will also extend to data mapping, where you will create reference documents for engineers to effectively build data pipelines. You will play a crucial role in problem-solving by utilizing data-driven insights to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, marketing, and finance to understand their needs and deliver data-centric solutions. As a facilitator, you will lead daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives while helping to remove obstacles that hinder progress. Your ability to coach the team in Agile/Scrum principles will contribute to improved performance and productivity. You will manage stakeholder communication, prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with product owners, and assist in change management processes. As a Business Data Analyst, you will undertake various critical responsibilities that support our mission to enhance client operations.:

Gather and document business requirements and communicate them to stakeholders;; Maintain detailed documentation for ongoing projects and processes;; Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring cleanliness and accuracy;; Interpret complex data sets to identify patterns and trends that drive actionable insights;; Create source-to-target mapping documents for data pipeline development;; Identify business challenges and leverage data to propose solutions;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and deliver data-driven insights;; Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives;; Assist in removing impediments that hinder team progress;; Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles to boost performance;; Promote continuous improvement and increase team productivity;; Manage stakeholder communication and keep them informed on project progress;; Prioritize product backlog in conjunction with product owners and stakeholders;; Assist in managing project changes and ensuring proper documentation
