Job Description:
- The Classification Analytics team is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic group. This role is ideal for someone who excels in statistical analysis and possesses a deep understanding of business intelligence solutions and data engineering practices. The successful candidate will be proficient in hypothesis testing, including both parametric and non-parametric tests, and will have a solid grasp of A/B testing principles. The ideal candidate will contribute to building data pipelines, developing robust metrics, conducting advanced statistical analyses, and evaluating the success of model deployments. If you are skilled at translating complex data insights into actionable strategies and can effectively communicate these to both technical and non-technical audiences, we encourage you to apply.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following::
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and offer data-driven recommendations., Clearly articulate assumptions, methodologies, results, and implications., Present in-depth analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding., Design and implement metrics to assess the success and effectiveness of classification models, considering nuances and potential pitfalls., Utilize visualization tools and develop data pipelines to disseminate metrics to both internal and external stakeholders., Implement various sampling techniques and address challenges related to sampling biases., Conduct statistical tests, including hypothesis testing, and be familiar with A/B testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Experience with analytics visualization tools like Excel

- Expertise in descriptive statistics and familiarity with inferential statistical methodologies.
