Manage projects within the global FIT4 Program focusing on Finance, Controlling, and Procurement in the Consumer Markets segment.:

Oversee the analysis and coordination of global processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives and IT experts., Coordinate global processes and align them with business and IT experts in the Consumer Markets segment., Define system requirements, explore implementation options, and oversee distributed IT and process architecture., Manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment among stakeholders., Evaluate and integrate FICO and procurement processes into global templates and rollout within the Consumer Markets segment within time and budget., Monitor progress, identify deviations, and integrate local needs into global templates., Align the transformation process with ongoing projects in FICO and procurement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics

• particularly SAP FICO and SAP MM
• Comprehensive understanding of IT architecture with both SAP and non-SAP landscapes
• Experience in global rollouts of IT systems
• Strong project management experience with analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• simplify complexity

• Experience in change management
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency; German skills are a plus
