This individual possesses a keen understanding of business needs and excels at managing a team of developers while collaborating effectively with product leads. A key responsibility includes defining estimated timelines and strategies alongside product leads to achieve objectives swiftly. The Tech Lead must balance rapid development with the creation of stable, reliable, and long-lasting software systems. As a generalist, the Tech Lead has extensive expertise in Backend Development and infrastructure management, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies to enhance software quality.

The Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding the team in technical matters, ensuring high-quality software development, and fostering innovation.:

Technical mentorship: Provide guidance to the DevOps and Backend Development team regarding the use of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices., Code quality: Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and implementing testing and validation techniques., Design and Architecture: Ensure that software and infrastructure meet all quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements., Being Hands-on: Dedicate 20 to 30 percent of time to developing features and setting up infrastructure., Collaboration: Work closely with product leads and principal engineers to ensure technical design aligns with product requirements., Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation within the team by exploring new tools and technologies that can enhance the development process and advocating for best practices., Strategic Management: Understand the organization’s vision and development roadmap, implementing strategies to manage technical infrastructure effectively.

• or Google Cloud. Familiarity with various cloud services

• and monitoring. Understanding of container orchestration platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CI/CD tools like GitLab or GitHub.
